Who does not dream about glowing, healthy and smooth skin? Truly, nothing is better than freshness and youth. In pursuit of the perfect know-how, modern girls spend many hours in beauty salons and beauticians’ chairs. Many of them miss an important detail: true beauty comes from within.

Skin condition depends on the health of whole organism, because it is our largest organ that naturally responds to changes in the internal state. Factors such as hormonal imbalance, chronic inflammation, dehydration, bad habits, lack of sleep and chronic stress can significantly cause the condition of the skin. Of course, nutrition also plays a big role.

The main products that stimulate inflammation and negatively affect how the skin looks:
1. Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners
2. Refined carbohydrates and processed foods
3. Trans fat
4. Preservatives and chemical additives
Such products are better to exclude from the menu and replace them with healthy alternatives. Thus, we maintain the natural beauty and health of the skin.

4. Vitamin E: almonds, seeds, spinach, avocados, sweet potatoes
